Sam Cotto

NLPOA Connecticut State President Sam Cotto will be retiring from the New Haven Police Department on March 17, 2005! Sam began his career in 1987 and worked in Narcotics Enforcement; in the FBI & DEA Organized Crime Task Force; as a detective in general investigations; promoting to a Sergeant; and ultimately rising to Chief of Staff of the New Haven Police Department. Sam also received the Child Development and Community Policing Fellowship from Yale University, Child Study Center, New Haven, CT. Sam Cotto continues as the NLPOA State President and his new contact information will posted shortly.

Congratulations to Sam Cotto who has worked hard and whose dedication has helped keep his community safe!
