There was a barbeque at the end of the race that was hosted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau. The carne asada that was cooked was sponsored by the National Latino Peace Officers Association with the assistance from the Clark County Nevada Chapter and the ELA CA Chapter. Hundreds of runners had plenty to eat as well as all the spirits they wanted to drink for free. It was a great event for the NLPOA and good positive exposure.
