Santa Claus (Detective Paul Coulter, LAPD) arrived via County of Los Angeles Fire Department Engine #22, followed by California Highway Patrol, Los Angeles County Sheriff Department, and members from California Motorcycle Escort #79.

East Los Angeles Chapter was successful in serving over 2,000 children

The National Latino Peace Officers Association's,  East Los Angeles Chapter Christmas Toy Giveaway was held on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the American Red Cross Center in East Los Angeles.
