representing the NLPOA meets with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger at the Capitol
to discuss public safety issues.
Hank Aguilar attended the 16th Annual Legislative Day sponsored by the
California Peace Officers Association on April 25, 2007. The purpose of
Legislative Day is to learn how the legislative process works and meet with
police chiefs, district attorneys and legislators to influence key bills and
public safety funding. The event was sponsored by an alliance of California law
enforcement associations.
