Founder Visits Lanstuhl Regional Medical Center in Kaiserslaughter Germany

During their recent visit to Europe, Mr. Vicente Calderon (Association Founder) and his wife Frances had the extreme pleasure of visiting the United State Lanstuhl Regional Medical Center in Kaiserslaughter, Germany. They are pictured with a soldier (left) from Cucamonga, California who was wounded and received burns to his face and both arms. However, he indicated that he was on his way to mending and was anxiously looking forward to going home. The other patients were in high spirts and it was evident that the Lanstuhl medical staff were providing them with excellent medical and friendly attention.

Vicente and Frances were so impressed with the friendliness and courtesy extended to them by the medical staff that Mr. Calderon wrote a commendable letter to their commanding officer, Colonel David Rubinstein. Vicente and Frances both stated that their visit with our wounded soldiers was the highlight of their trip.
