Connecticut Chapter

Sergeant David Rosado
Sergeant David Rosado was promoted to the rank of Sergeant with the Connecticut State Police in April of this year.
David is one of four Latino in the rank of Sergeant in a department of 1200+ members and I believe that we should be proud of an individual of this caliber to be Latino and being promoted in a short time as he did.
Sergeant David Rosado graduated in 1993 with a BA in Sociology. Currently, He is in his third year law student at the University of Connecticut School of Law. He will be graduating in May 2007, with an law Degree.
May 2007, He will be the first Latino Connecticut Trooper in the history of the State Police to be a lawyer as well. Currently, out of approx. 1248 troopers, about 10 are lawyers (None are Latino).
