On January 29, 2002 The National Council of LaRaza held a
reception
at the Sutter Club in Sacramento CA. The event was held to announce
the opening of their new Sacramento Office.
Rita Dominguez and Andy Cruz from the Sacramento Chapter were in attendance,
along with approximately 500 guests, to

Mr. Raul Yzaguirre, NCLR National President
and to welcome NCLR to Sacramento.

The National Council of La Raza is the largest
constituency-based national Hispanic organization, working to improve life
